To add a voiceover on your Reels (see images below):

• Upload your Reels on Instagram
• Press Next
• Press on the Music button on top of your screen
• Press Voiceover
• Press on the red circle to start recording
• Tip : Slide the cursor wherever you want to record audio over the video
