1. Open your Instagram Story
2. Press Create
3. Choose the Question option
4. Upload a background photo or video
5. Tap on the color you want at the bottom of your screen, or
6. Hold your finger pressed on a color to activate the full color palette, or
7. Tap on the Eye-Dropper tool to select a color from background image
