Instagram hashtags for event planners
I’m all about making things easy and organized.
So all the hashtags are organized into groups .
There are 2 main types of hashtags I recommend for you.
1. Event planner hashtags
First, use core event planning hashtags. This way, people looking for event planners or event planning tips or inspiration can find you .

2. Hashtags about what is on your photo / video
Your ideal followers / clients are on Instagram to look for inspiration too. They want to save posts.
They can find you thanks to hashtags.
What are you showing on your post?
A cake? Food? Cocktails? Flower arrangements? Makeup ideas? Decor ideas? A birthday party? Wedding reception inspiration? Gender reveal? A business conference? Christmas food?
Whatever it is, use these hashtags so people can find your posts.
For example:

Key location hashtags
Do you serve clients locally?
If so, use location hashtags.
Create your own custom hashtags, using these formulas:

Tip:
Save time.
Don’t type each hashtag again and again – each time you want to use them. Save them in Preview App . You’ll only have to press on one button to add them to your caption (or comments).

Press Add All to use all the hashtags for your post. Or tap on an individual hashtag to only use that one:

Extra tip:
Mix and match hashtags from different hashtag groups. For example, you can use some Event Planner hashtags and some Party hashtags. This way you can keep your hashtag set fresh.
BONUS #1. See your hashtag analytics
Want to see which hashtags are performing well for you?
Check your hashtag analytics in Preview , like this:

BONUS #2. See your competitors’ best hashtags
This is one of my favorite features.
Another way to find more hashtags you can use is by looking at what hashtags other people in your industry use.
Find an account you want to check, then do this:
- Press on the Search button in Preview Analytics
- Type their username
- Scroll down to see their Top Hashtags
- Press See More to see their hashtag ranking
